However, by using the Application, Users grant the Owner a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, reproduce, distribute, and display that User content within the Salina Service. This license is necessary for the Owner to provide and improve the Application.

Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works based on the Application.
